Polish hooligans, who came to support Arkadiusz Wrzosek against Badr Hari, this Saturday in Hasselt, Belgium, have interrupted the fight.

Badr Hari was back in the ring this Saturday for a decisive rematch scheduled in Hasselt, Belgium for the GLORY 80 co-main event in front of more than 16,000 spectators.

Badr Hari, 37, will meet the Polish giant Arkadiusz Wrzosek who won by TKO in the second round in their first fight held in September in the Netherlands.

Six months later, Badr Hari and Wrzosek were once again facing each other for a 3 rounds superfight in the queen division.

There was no time for observation, the two heavyweights came out with heavy punches from the first minute making the fight totally unpredictable. Badr often takes the center of the ring and both fighters alternate high and low punches very well. Obviously, both are looking for the knockout. Hari throws some really powerful punches but Arkadiusz handles it pretty well.

The judges all gave the first round to Badr (50-45).

Arkadiusz is bleeding from the right eyebrow, Badr is landing more attacks to the body. The pace drops a bit at the end of the second round but the punches are still heavy on both sides. Badr gets hit with a jumping knee cut with 20 seconds left in the second round and gets counted out. The Moroccan manages to hold on until the end of regulation time.

It is now Arkadiusz who has the advantage in points.

The third round will be decisive…

The fight takes a long time to resume, it seems that the organization waits for the public to take its place. Everyone is wondering, but Arkadiusz’s eyes remain fixed on Badr. Several people ask the audience to calm down so that the fight can resume.

Finally, after almost 10 minutes of waiting, it was decided to stop the fight for safety reasons. The third round did not take place. Several altercations took place following the announcement between the fans of both teams.

The fight between Jamal Ben Saddick and Levi Rigters was also cancelled.
