Detox watermelon with feta cheese and mint

200 g of diced feta cheese
1/2 bunch of fresh mint
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper
PREPARATION : 15 MIN / COOKING : 0 MIN
Remove the skin and seeds from the watermelon. Cut it into small cubes.
Peel and chop the shallot.
Clean, blot and chop the mint.
Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Add the watermelon, mint, shallot and feta cheese and mix well.
Chill until serving.
