Cold quiche without pastry with chicken, tomatoes and zucchini

2 cooked chicken breasts
20 cl of light cream
2 tbsp. cornstarch
salt and pepper
PREPARATION : 15 MIN / COOKING : 40 MIN
Cut the cooked chicken breasts into small pieces.
Clean, remove stalks and cut tomatoes into pieces.
Clean and grate the zucchini.
Preheat the oven to 210°C.
Beat the eggs, cream, cornstarch, chopped chives and parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Add the tomatoes, chicken and zucchini and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a silicone pan.
Bake for about 40 minutes.
Let cool and remove from the pan.
Store the quiche in a cool place until serving.
