Pancakes are a great recipe for any occasion. They can be stuffed with all kinds of fillings and are ideal for a night out with friends, or as a snack. But if the idea of dirtying bowls, ladles and pans scares you, the tip we present today will help.
It involves using a plastic bottle to mix AND pour the batter into the pan. Try it out!
– 1 glass of flour
– 1 tablespoon of sugar
– A pinch of salt
– 2 tablespoons of oil
– 2 eggs
– 2 glasses of milk
Shake the bottle to mix all the ingredients and incorporate the air that will make your pancakes delicious; then pour the batter into the pan.
The traditional method sees the use of the ladle to pour the mixture into the hot pan, inevitably causing drips on the baking sheet.
By pouring the batter into the pan directly from the bottle, there is no chance of it dripping anywhere. Plus, you can keep the contents of the bottle in the fridge, and cook your pancakes whenever you want!
By adding a tablespoon of sugar and two teaspoons of yeast, and removing an egg and a glass of milk, you can make great breakfast pancakes the same way!
